General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Headshop De Chapo

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop "Headshop De Chapo".

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order, along with acceptance of the order, will be sent via automated email immediately after you submit the order.

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices according to Section 19 of the German Small Business Act (UStG) and do not include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery
We only ship within Germany. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

6. Payment
Payment can be made in advance (bank transfer), via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For details, see the cancellation policy.

9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christian Seeger, email: info@headshopdechapo.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
